Our agency is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Insurance Sales Representative who wants to build a real career.
You do not need to come to us as an insurance expert. We can teach insurance.

The Opportunity
You’ll work with prospective and existing customers throughout Arkansas to help them protect their cars, homes, families, businesses, and financial futures.
This is a true sales position. You’ll be expected to:
- Talk with new prospects every day
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Ask good questions and uncover needs
- Explain insurance in a way people actually understand
- Recommend the right products and coverage
- Ask for the business and close sales
- Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
You’ll receive training, coaching, leads, systems, and a recognizable brand behind you.
Your results will ultimately determine your income.
Top performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.
